Mutko announced the completion of “doping saga ‘by November – RBC

The doping scandal involving Russian athletes should be completed by November. This was stated by Russian Sports Minister Vitaly Mutko at the enlarged meeting of the Federation Council Committee on Social Policy, reports TASS.
