Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, Russian President Vladimir Putin submitted draft amendments to the Maritime Doctrine of Russia, the «Interfax» .
Rogozin gave a presentation during the meeting the Russian leader with the military leadership country.
As noted, the meeting was held on board the ship “Admiral Gorshkov” Baltiysk to celebrate the Day of the Russian Navy.
The report said that the meeting was also attended by Minister Russian Defense Sergei Shoigu, Navy Commander Viktor Chirkov, and Commander of the Western Military District, Anatoly Sidorov.
Previous Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the Navy successfully provide defense capability of the country.
