The former secretary general of the Confederation of Football in North and Central America and the Caribbean (CONCACAF), and a former member of the FIFA Executive Committee, American Chuck Blazer acknowledged receiving bribes during the election of the host countries of the world championships in 1998 and 2010.
According to the Blazer, he was involved in corruption and other officials, reports BBC BBC. The names of these persons is not yet known.
70-year-old Blazer – one of the defendants in the scandalous cases of corruption in FIFA, who in 2013 pleaded guilty to extortion and money laundering, fraud, tax evasion and pledged pay a fine of $ 1.9 million. At the moment he is terminally ill.
