The reduction of the budget preparation for the World Cup 2018 in Russia will not affect the success of the tournament.
Previous on the legal information portal of the Russian government, it was reported that the costs of preparing for the World Cup reduced by almost 30 billion rubles.

Based on the information provided by the local organizing committee and the Ministry of Sports of Russia, budget revision will not affect the delivery of basic infrastructure necessary for the success of the FIFA Confederations Cup 2017 and the 2018 World Cup, including the provision of the required number of placements the period of the competition “- quoted the press service of the FIFA « R-Sport ».
The FIFA World Cup will be held from June 14 to July 15, 2018 at 12 stadiums in 11 Russian cities.
