In Moldova hoped for more severe punishment for the behavior of fans in a match with Russia – SPORT – EXPRESS

President of the Football Federation of Moldova, Pavel Cebanu gave assurances that the Moldovan side does not intend to appeal the punishment by the Control and Disciplinary Committee of Ethics UEFA after the match against Russia (1: 2). Recall that the outcome of the Moldovan fans chant political slogans, burning fireworks and hanging Celtic cross was the decision of UEFA on partial closure of the fan sector of the stadium “Zimbru” at the next home match of the national team of Moldova. In addition, the MFF will pay a fine of 15 thousand euros.

– Infringements on our part are obvious, so we will not appeal – quoted Ciobanu TASS. – Honestly, I was expecting the worst. As they say in such cases, to expect the worst, but hope for the best.
