Djokovic has kept the leadership in the ATP rankings – Interfax

Federer rose to the second place

Moscow. 24 August. INTERFAX.RU – Serb Novak Djokovic has kept the leadership in the rating of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), which is an updated version of published on Monday.

The Swiss Roger Federer, beating Djokovic in the final of the tournament in Cincinnati (USA), climbed to second place in the ranking, relegating the Briton Andy Murray in the third place. Federer has 9,065 points, with Murray 8840 points.

They are followed by Kei Nishikori (Japan) – 6205 points, Stan Wawrinka (Switzerland) – 5710, Tomas Berdych (Czech Republic) – 5230 David Ferrer (Spain ) – 3695, Rafael Nadal (Spain) – 3680, Marin Cilic (Croatia) – 3550, Milos Raonic (Canada) – 2880 points.

The list of the hundred best players in the world includes two Russians – 30-year-old Teimuraz Gabashvili occupies 53rd place, 33-year-old Mikhail Youzhny – 90th.
