Laura dahlmeier won the pursuit in Ruhpolding, Podchufarova – 11th – Soviet Sport

German biathlete laura dahlmeier won the pursuit race at the 4th World Cup in Ruhpolding, Germany.

With the interval three seconds left on the winner of the sprint distance Franziska Hildebrand, Gabriela Soukalová, Kaisa Mäkäräinen and laura dahlmeier.

Hildebrand made one mistake at the first shooting range, in contrast to the main competitors.

In the second shooting once missed a Finnish athlete. Tandem leaders made Soukalova and laura dahlmeier.

After the third shooting Soukalova was left alone at the head of the peloton. Status quo preserved after the fourth firing line.

However, due to powerful finishing spurt laura dahlmeier played 13 seconds behind and beat Gabriela at the finish line.

The third was Italian Dorothea Wierer. The best of the Russians was Olga Podchufarova (11th place). At the same time, Olga went into the race fifth.
