“ETS”: Deadlines “Zenit-Arena” will remain the same – December 2016 under the state contract – Soviet Sport

The head of the stadium “Zenit-Arena” in St. Petersburg, the general director of LLC “ETS-SPb” Vitaly Lazutkin said that the deadlines for the object is not changed and the construction goes according to plan, in accordance with contract.

– Under construction we spent refinement of design solutions, we took the examination in 2014. The object was built and designed at the same time. Hence all the details related to the construction technology. We are in the second state contract, the deadline of which – in December 2016. Completion of the stadium – it is surrender, signing all acts – we see in these terms. Accordingly, those periods which are called customer – May, September – a milestones where he wants to see the end of certain stages of works: civil works, field test trials. It is possible timeframe within which we can be laid, but it is not deadlines stadium.

– The only thing that we are now holding back much – is the economic factor. We are faced with is already finishing equipment purchases, which at 98% is imported. And we buy it at current exchange prices. Accordingly, the contract we have not indexed since 2013. The estimated cost, which we are using now, is in terms of 2013. You can imagine what happened appreciation. We have asked for help to the customer in terms of indexation of exchange rate differences and the current level of inflation. As long as the customer, the city, we did not give feedback to our requests, and that is what we believe the main problem. Therefore, the problems are not currently in the process, and the financial level. No one could predict the current economic situation, it is necessary to understand – explained Lazutkin in an interview with Tass.

The administration of St. Petersburg, the customer construction, wants to major work on the stadium was completed by the end of May – that in celebration of the day the city on May 27 at the scene could have been, as planned, to spend some festive event.
