Yuri Zaitsev, a spokesman for the former head coach of the “Locomotive” Leonid Kuchuk, commented the decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in the “case of Belarusian specialists.” He noted that the capital club is obliged to pay a Kuciuk until 31 March. The very same 56-year-old instructor was pleased with the decision of CAS.
– The matter dragged on, it was three-dimensional and quite complex – said Zaitsev. – Well, it’s over. We got the decision that we are completely satisfied. On what we expected from the beginning.
– “Locomotive” can somehow challenge it?
– CAS decision shall enter into force upon adoption. Now the club is obliged to execute it. Other options do not see. Moreover, 31 March – reporting date of licensing, to which the club should not have wage arrears. To obtain a UEFA license, the club has until March 31 to execute the decision CAS.
