Former FIFA Secretary General Jerome Valcke, dismissed from work because of a corruption scandal, a few days before he attempted removal to terminate the contract with the organization, reports insidethegames.biz. His agreement operated three more seasons, and he wanted to get a penalty in full for all three years.
Earlier, the media reported that Valcke earned on the resale of tickets for the World Cup in 2014 about 2 million euros. Because of the suspension, he could not be present at the celebration in Russia 1000 days before the start of the 2018 World Cup.
