Petersburg Vyborg District Court dismissed the claim of the Savings Bank to the footballer Andrei Arshavin in the amount of 110 million rubles. This “Fontanka” said the representatives of defendant. According to them, a property Arshavin shot imposed earlier arrest.

As previously wrote RBC, the amount of seized property does not exceed 5 million rubles.
Lawyers Arshavin denied that the signing of the contract of guarantee and called the document a forgery. At the same time they provide the court with samples of signatures of football for handwriting examination.
