Petersburg Vyborg District Court dismissed the claim of the Savings Bank to the footballer Andrei Arshavin in the amount of 110 million rubles. This “Fontanka” said the representatives of defendant. According to them, a property Arshavin shot imposed earlier arrest.

Handwriting examination recognized forged signature Arshavin on the contract, according to which football acts as a guarantor of its business partner Peter Tingaeva.

Savings Bank believed that Arshavin Tingaeva acts as a guarantor for one of the loans amounting to 200 million rubles. The debt had not been returned to the bank, so the credit institution has sued for the recovery of a total of 110 million rubles. and seize the property of a football player. As previously wrote RBC, the amount of seized property does not exceed 5 million rubles.

Lawyers Arshavin denied that the signing of the contract of guarantee and called the document a forgery. At the same time they provide the court with samples of signatures of football for handwriting examination.

Five years ago, Arshavin was a partner in the company Tingaeva “BaltAutoTrade”, 49% of which belonged to the football player.
