UEFA named the candidate for the post of Secretary General of the Union

The new Secretary General of the League may become a Greek Theodore Theodoridis. His candidacy was recommended by the Executive Committee of UEF A. Candidacy the new General Secretary of the Union must be approved by the UEFA Congress, which will take place in May.

Gianni Infantino, who served as Secretary General of the League, on Friday officially left the position, as earlier he was elected president of FIFA. For Infantino voted most representatives of European associations, including his nomination, according to the preliminary statement was supported by the representative of the RAF Sergei Pryadkin.
