MOSCOW, August 14 – R-Sport. Defender “Everton” Leighton Baines had surgery on the ankle, recovery which will take 12-14 weeks, according to the official website of the English football club.
Baines had surgery on the ankle in May, returned to service in early August, but then again suffered an injury in training.
Baines joined the “Everton” in 2007 from “Wigan” and since then he held in the “butterscotch” 300 matches and scored 31 ball, including 37 games and three goals last season.
“Everton” in the second round of the championship of England on August 15 in a party play with “Southampton”.
