Vitaly Mutko and Igor Lebedev became a candidate for president of the RFU – Kommersant

Russian Sports Minister Vitaly Mutko and Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Igor Lebedev registered as candidates for the post of president of the Russian Football Union (RFU), the press service of the organization. Igor Lebedev nominated for the post of one member organization RFU (previously reported that it has put forward Smolensk Football Federation), Vitaly Mutko immediately nominated 45 organizations.

Seven people were registered as candidates for one vacancy in the executive committee of the RFU in the group of regional development.
