According to investigators, on the night of March 3, 2014 Emelianenko raped housekeeper Polina Stepanova and threats forced her to take drugs and stole the passport from her bags.

In May, Emelianenko was detained Tambov after the accident and from that moment was in jail.

During the trial, he was acquitted of charges of inducement to take drugs, because the results of the examination were negative.

The prosecution demanded Emelianenko sentenced to five years in prison.

This is the second rape case in which there is the name of the controversial fighter. In August 2013 the police asked 23-year-old girl, a student of the Siberian University.
