The first loads with the necessary equipment for the organization of the first ever “Grand Prix of Russia” will soon be customs cleared and delivered to the “Sochi Circuit”, the official website of the road. This week at the port of Sochi Imereti arrive equipment for the stage by chartered boat from Istanbul. Among them, for example, tires Pirelli, which shall only be transported in special refrigerated containers, where the temperature is maintained at 20 degrees. Some of them will come to the port of Novorossiysk, others – the aircraft will be delivered to the airport of Sochi.
Since September 30, 2014 in Sochi airport will be delivered freight teams. There will be 8 aircraft. October 6 and 7 October 2014 aircraft will be delivered and customs clearance most of them. Part of the cargo arrives at the “Autodromo Sochi” vehicles from Europe. The total number of trucks will be 15 eurotrucks.
In the vicinity of the track will be prepared two time zones of customs control. This greatly simplifies the organization and delivery of export cargo teams arriving on stage. The first zone of customs control is near the main grandstand. It is fenced, functions and is fully ready for the reception of goods arriving by sea to the address “Sochi motor racing track”.
The second time zone is located under the main podium, just before the Boxing Team -participants. It will operate in periods from October 6 to 9 October and from 12 October to 18 October.
