Also, work was suspended in Moscow anti-doping laboratory and the decision was made to non-compliance of the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) WADA Code.

In February RUSADA and the National Anti-Doping Organisation UK (UKAD) signed a cooperation agreement. UKAD should provide the necessary testing of Russian athletes while RUSADA not restore compliance with the WADA Code. In late March, the Minister of Sport Vitaly Mutko reported that the procedure for re-accreditation of the Moscow laboratory will begin on April 7-10
