Three Premier League clubs in the UEFA faces sanctions for violation of financial rules
Russian clubs “Dinamo”, “Locomotive” and “Krasnodar” can be punished for breaking the rules of the financial Fair Play. The two strongest clubs in the country – CSKA and “Zenith” – UEFA have no complaints. In an interview with “Izvestia” said the deputy director general of the RAF Dmitry Ivanov, who was present at the hearing of the Arbitration Chamber of UEFA.

All three clubs in question have spent on the purchase of new players significantly more money than was generated from the sale of players. Thus, the cost of “Dinamo”, “Locomotive” and “Krasnodar” exceeded revenues.
Financial Monitoring Committee UEFA has announced an investigation of the Moscow clubs at the end of February 2015. Both clubs have exceeded the maximum allowable budget deficit at the end of 2012, 2013 and 2014.
According to the rules of the financial Fair Play, clubs should not be outstanding players and teams’ expenses should not exceed revenues of more than € 5 million for the settlement period. Now, this period is two seasons later it will increase up to three seasons. If the expenses exceed revenues by more than € 5 million, the difference may compensate the owner of the club, but this difference did not exceed € 45 million.
